Ethics & Confidentiality

Everybody working in a therapeutic setting must adhere to a code of ethics and ethical behaviour. At Positive Living UAE, we earnestly follow these guidelines. As such, we would not exploit a client in any way, shape, or form. Likewise, we would not engage in any form of work for which we had no training. We aim to protect our client’s best interests at all times, which might also mean referring them to a different practitioner or a medical doctor if we believe that it’s more suitable to their condition.

Our company’s top priority is to keep all of our client’s information completely confidential. Confidentiality guarantees that any information about a client would never be discussed with anybody else under any circumstances without the client’s written permission. This disclosure of information can sometimes be necessary when cooperating with clients’ doctors.

We take ethics very seriously. As such, we seek to maintain a standard of integrity, compassion, and dignity towards all involved. Among other things, this includes treating people’s details as private and confidential at all times.
