A 3 book collection by Luz Maria Villagras Surco to support therapy, heal past trauma, and ease anxiety.
Healing isn’t a perfect path; it has ups, downs, and moments that can feel like too much. That’s exactly why this 3-book Therapy Journal Series exists: to offer you a gentle, guided space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions in your own time, with compassion and clarity.
Each of these guided journals, The Therapy Sessions Journal, The Past Trauma Journal, and The Anti-Anxiety Journal, was carefully designed by Luz Maria Villagras Surco, a holistic psychotherapist and conscious parenting coach who has worked with clients across cultures for over two decades.
These are not ordinary journals. They are therapist-crafted companions that weave together clinical tools, reflective prompts, and gentle practices to support your healing every step of the way. Instead of facing a blank page, you’re guided with short, compassionate questions and exercises that help you stay consistent, even when emotions feel messy.
You’ll find inside:

Real frameworks Luz Maria uses with her clients in practice.

Safety reminders, pacing, and grounding woven throughout.

Bite-sized prompts prevent overwhelm or avoidance.

Mind, body, culture, and family are all welcomed here.
This series was born from the belief that everyone deserves a tool they can turn to in moments of confusion, anxiety, or pain. A tool that helps you transform what feels heavy into something lighter, clearer, and more compassionate.
Together, these three journals form a journey:
They are more than journals. They are stepping stones toward self-healing, clarity, and inner peace.
Healing doesn’t happen in one big breakthrough. it’s built from small, consistent steps that reshape the way you think, feel, and respond to life. These journals were created to be your steady guide, giving you repeatable practices that calm the body, clear the mind, and strengthen your resilience day by day.

No more forgetting what you talked about in session. Use these pages to prepare before therapy, debrief after, set clear goals, and track micro-habits, so insights turn into lasting change.

Trauma doesn’t have to stay locked inside. With gentle Trauma Release Writing, you’ll work through one memory at a time, at your own pace, with built-in grounding to keep you safe.

Ease racing thoughts with a blend of CBT-style prompts, calming breathwork, and sleep rituals designed to reduce spirals and invite rest.

Learn to name your feelings with precision. The more clearly you can express emotions, the less reactive and more intentional you become.

Grounding check-ins, mindful breathing, and body scans help you send a powerful signal to your nervous system: I am safe now.

With simple daily logs, you’ll start noticing the triggers, cycles, and distorted thoughts that have been shaping your reactions and finally learn how to interrupt them.

Therapist notes throughout the journals remind you to slow down, celebrate progress, and treat yourself with the same kindness you’d offer a loved one.
These journals aren’t just about writing. They’re about rewiring old patterns, restoring balance in your body, and creating a calmer, kinder relationship with yourself.
Therapy is powerful, but the real transformation happens in between sessions, when insights are tested against real-life challenges. The Therapy Sessions Journal was created to help you hold onto the clarity and breakthroughs you gain in therapy, so they don’t get lost in the noise of everyday life.
Inside, you’ll find structured prompts that guide you to:
This isn’t a blank notebook. It’s a gentle companion that keeps you accountable, consistent, and supported between sessions. Whether you’re working with a therapist, coach, or simply exploring self-reflection, this journal ensures your healing journey keeps moving forward with intention.
Trauma leaves an imprint. In the mind, in the body, and in how we see ourselves. The Past Trauma Journal is designed as a safe and structured space to process these experiences, one step at a time. Based on Trauma Release Writing, a research-informed method adapted for self-guided use, this journal helps you face the memories you’ve avoided, without becoming overwhelmed.
Through its five-week framework, you’ll be gently guided to:
This journal is built with pacing reminders, grounding practices, and therapist notes so you never feel alone in the process. It doesn’t replace therapy, but it offers you an empowering way to confront the past and release the weight you’ve been carrying, reclaiming your right to feel safe, whole, and free.
Anxiety thrives in silence and repetition. The same looping thoughts, the same bodily stress, the same fears replaying. The Anti-Anxiety Journal interrupts that cycle by giving you tools rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, two of the most effective approaches for managing anxious thoughts and emotions.
Here’s what you’ll work with inside:
This journal isn’t just about calming down in the moment. It’s about rewiring the way your mind responds to stress, so you can move through life with more clarity, choice, and calm confidence.
Each journal is powerful on its own, but together they form a complete toolkit for healing and growth:
This 3-book series is your personal therapy companion, designed by a holistic psychotherapist to support your healing not just in moments of crisis, but in the everyday practice of becoming whole again.
Dear Friend,
When I sat down to create these three journals, I didn’t want to make “just another notebook.” I wanted to give you something I wish more of my clients, and honestly, even myself at different stages of my life, had in their hands: a safe, gentle guide for the moments when emotions feel too heavy, too confusing, or simply too much to carry alone.
Over the years, as a therapist, I’ve seen how healing isn’t about one big breakthrough. It’s about the small, consistent steps, writing things down, noticing patterns, practicing grounding, reframing thoughts, that slowly rewire the way we experience life. These are the very tools I use with my clients in therapy sessions. But I knew people needed a way to keep practicing them outside of my office, in the privacy of their own homes. That’s why these journals were born.
Each one serves a different part of the healing journey:
I wrote these journals because I know healing isn’t linear. Some days you feel strong, and other days you feel like you’re back at the beginning. That’s normal. These books are here to walk with you, step by step, and to remind you that you are not broken, you are not alone, and you already have the capacity to heal.
If you only take one thing from this letter, let it be this: your story is worth writing, your healing is worth investing in, and your future self will thank you for the time you give yourself today.
Healing takes courage. It’s not easy to face your emotions, revisit painful memories, or sit with anxious thoughts, but it’s worth it. These three journals were created to remind you that you don’t have to do it all at once, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Together, the Therapy Sessions Journal, the Past Trauma Journal, and the Anti-Anxiety Journal form a complete toolkit to help you:
Each page was designed with care, grounding, and real therapeutic tools that work. They are companions, here to guide you gently, to give you structure when emotions feel messy, and to remind you that healing is possible.
Whether you’re starting therapy, continuing your healing, or simply looking for a safe space to understand yourself better, these journals are for you.
✨ Don’t wait for the “perfect time” to begin. The first step toward change is often the smallest one, opening a page and allowing yourself to write.
