Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling for consultations or therapy sessions can only be made if communicated 5 days before the scheduled session. Any cancellation or No-show would be fully charged without exceptions.

No Refund Policy: There is no refund.
If any type the session is canceled, including consultations, it can only be rescheduled or transferred to another person, there is no refund once the booking is made.
Transfer to Another Person: A session can be transferred to another person within 6 months from the original session date.

Validity of Bookings: Any type of session is valid for 6 months from the booking date.
