Once you complete your payment:

1. You will automatically receive a Google Form via email.
2. Please fill it out with your personal details, basic background, and any therapy or wellness work you have previously completed.
3. Our team will carefully review your form within 48 hours to ensure that the community remains aligned, supportive, and safe for all members.
4. You will then receive an email confirming:
   ✔ Your acceptance into the tribe, OR
   ✔ (If needed) a message explaining that we may not be the right fit at this time. This is done gently, respectfully, and with care.

If you are not approved, your full joining fee will be refunded back to the same payment method.
