  1. Emotional Intimacy: Understanding your partner’s language of love is key. You may love each other but might not express it as you used to, has that been an issue lately? Do you know your partner’s love language (acts of service, gifts, quality time, physical touch, words of affirmation?)

 

  1. Exhaustion: Is your relationship going through burnout? Like the human body, a relationship has a life of its own too. It can have its different phases, but not all of them are always states of happiness. Do you feel like your interpersonal bond feels stuck in a routine of boredom and it needs help?
